The Integrative Enneagram Questionnaire

In designing the Integrative Enneagram Questionnaire, we’ve applied intelligent questionnaire technology that enables us to measure Enneagram constructs in much more depth than a static questionnaire is able to do. The questionnaire measures the following aspects:

• Centre of Intelligence
• Main Type
• Wings
• Instinct Sub-Type (SP / SO / SX)
• Level of Integration / Level of Development
• Strain (Contextual Variable)

Like all self-report questionnaires, there is an element of subjectivity involved in respondent results. To ensure that results are as reliable as possible, The Integrative Enneagram Questionnaire has built in reliability measures. These measures relate to consistency, honesty and time.

Test-Retest reliability has also been established, but research into this reliability measure continues. The original sample for validation involved 300 individuals and will be expanded to a more statistically significant sample during the remainder of 2011. Validation to date has included quantitative validation through triangulation and qualitative respondent validation.

Do I need Accreditation to use the questionnaire?

The Enneagram is a typology that is in the public domain. Many coaches and therapists have years of experience working with the model. We therefore do not require individuals to do an accreditation course to use our product. We do however offer affordable, time-efficient training in the use of the questionnaire which includes a basic introduction to the Enneagram for individuals who are new to the system (contact and online sessions). We are happy to recommend Enneagram Training programmes offered in your country should you require it. We offer one-on-one mentoring for individuals who want to develop more in-depth knowledge of the Enneagram to support their practice. Online and telephonic support is available to assist with interpretation of the questionnaire.

How do I get started?

If you are a coach or therapist wanting to use the product for your clients, register as a user. You will then be able to load clients through our administration page, send them questionnaires and get results sent to you.
If you are an individual wanting to do the Enneagram questionnaire, you can take the test. The free version of the test gives you your main type. You can however upgrade to the full report without having to answer any more questions. The full report will enable you to delve deeply into your Enneagram profile and will deepen your personal development journey.

How much does a Report cost?

The Individual Report costs 1 unit and the Professional Report costs 2 units.

How much does a unit cost?

One unit costs R330 or $47. To convert to your local currency, the exchange rate on the day of buying units applies.
