|Records of products, services or personal property purchased, obtained, or considered, or other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies.
|E: Biometric information
|Physiological, biological or behavioural characteristics that can be used to establish individual identity. Can include iris or retinal imagery, facial recognition, fingerprints or handprints.
|F: Internet or other similar network activity
|Browsing history, search history, information regarding a consumer's interaction with a website, application, or advertisement.
|G: Geolocation data
|Information used to determine physical location.
|H: Sensory information
|Audio, electronic, visual, thermal, olfactory, or similar information.
|I: Professional or employment-related information
|Job history or performance evaluations.
|J: Education information that is not publicly available (per the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (20 U.S.C. Section 1232g, 34 C.F.R. Part 99))
|Education records directly related to a student maintained by an educational institution or party acting on its behalf, such as grades, transcripts, class lists, student schedules, student identification codes, student financial information, or student disciplinary records.
|K: Inferences drawn from other personal information
|Profile reflecting a person's preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behaviour, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes.
To exercise any of these rights you can contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org. Your request should provide sufficient information for us to verify that you are the person about whom we collected the personal information, or an authorized representative. You should also provide sufficient detail about your request so that we are able to understand and respond to it. Once we have received your verifiable request, we will respond within 45 days or notify you otherwise.
You will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights under the CCPA. You will not be denied goods or services, provided a different quality or level of service or charged different prices.
We do not sell any personal information.
